High shear stability thermal stable PMA viscosity modifier
SCR-178A is a solution of polymethacrylate (PMA) in deeply refined mineral oil. A specialized and versatile viscosity index improver with excellent shear and thermal stability, suitable for blending of hydraulic oil, especially low-temperature hydraulic oil, and gear oil of multiple viscosity grades. Duel effects of depressing pour point and thickening with small dose, highly cost effective.
Product Characteristics
SCR-178A has a narrow molecular weight distribution and a stable structure. It offers high shear stability and excellent low temperature fluidity, efficient in improving viscosity index and inhibiting wax crystallization. This formula also offers excellent depressant effect for hydrogenarated base oil. Excellent filterability and demulsibility.

Packaging and Safety Information
Net weight: 175 Kg/drum, packed in 200 liter metal drum. Best Blending temperature: 50-60?. Please refer to SH/T0164 for transportation, storage and handling. Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive. Storage temperature below 60?, avoid repeated heating, keep away from heat.
